Extra cots are available upon request for an additional charge of GBP 30 per booking and are subject to availability. If you require a cot, you must notify the property 24-48 hours before your arrival. A surcharge of EUR 10 per night applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your booking. The property's reception opening hours are: - Monday to Friday: 15:00 to 19:00 Guests arriving before 15:00 are requested to inform the property prior to their expected arrival time. The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
